If you'd prefer the "Items in Stock" message not to show on your items, here's what to do:

• Login to your Admin Area
• Click "Catalog Setup" on the right side links
• For "Inventory Limit" type in the number 0
• Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the button to save your changes

That will remove the message.
