Do you have a full CPanel backup file you'd like restored?  First, upload it to your webspace with FTP or through the CPanel's File Manager.  Next, send an email to support@elementalmuse.com to open a support and tell us where we can find the backup and that'd you'd like it restored.

Important note: If you are using webmail for your email, and we restore a backup for you, you may lose some of the email saved in your webmail depending on when the backup was made.  If this is a concern for you, please contact Michelle before requesting a backup and we'll see what other options we have.
